Also a new server info dialog would be nice. With preview image on the left, and the playerlist/addons in tabs on the right above the Join/Cancel buttons.

That sounds like the best way to do it, I'll look into it. I may hold off on adding it until a bit further into the beta in the interests of getting everything going sooner.

Yeah I'll be re-doing this at some point, preview images are nice to have.

I think you should bring back music but it has a limit of time, like 30 seconds or 1 minute. This would get rid of the full songs problem.

I've said before there are complications both with the submission process and the in-game downloading/management process which just make it such a huge task. Music works differently from every other type of add-on. I will look at re-adding it at some point with a length limit but not until after the v4 release at the earliest.
