Ah I see it now. Maybe is should be written made ID: xxxx.

I'd add something saying your status under your ID. (Online, Away, etc) Also, you could click that to switch your status.

That looks very nice, I like it.
I personally think the avatar should have a bubble, or something like that.
Kind of like this.
The left side appears to be a bit bare, perhaps it needs something as well.
Other then that, it is just fine.

Mabye add a button below the Id that when clicked, somthing shows other stats?
Like what servers you are admin/banned on
How many add-ons you have on MOD Manager
The previous names you had
What server you're on
Who you trust
Who you have banned from your server
