That way it doesn't get spammed, and the server doesn't have a bunch of empty rooms. Each person doesn't need more than 3. |

How you manage your RTB installations is something you'll need to figure out for yourself. Either go balls-out and replace 3.5 with 4 or stick it on another install of Blockland. It's up to you. |
