I know, haven't keeped up with development. Good news is the old forums still work :D

You have your permissions messed up or something. When I try to access returntoblockland.com/ it gives me the 403 error instead of loading the index page.

If your talking about the forum page, I'll give you the link. If your talking about the main page then idk.
