I realize this probably isn't the best place to ask, but I didn't feel it deserved a new topic.
But I kinda got banned from the IRC while I wasn't even online, is there anyway you could look up the reason?

Yes.
Edit: Actually I think there's gonna be 4, each with their own purpose.

There will be about 4 or 5 public ones - like a General, Helpdesk, Servers, Off Topic etc.

That's neat. I like how RTB4 is coded and designed. It really gives it an attraction.
