Let's not forget that ATF is a hosting service and it already exists.
But let's not also forget that ATF OFFERS Hosting, at popular servers.

So basically it's only if the server is popular.
Which is hard to do if it's not dedicated to start with.
Kinda odd, as non-popular servers really don't do much to the computer they're on.

I think he just intends to buy a server and have other people remote desktop in to use it. RTB would be providing something more structured and tamper-proof than that.

Let's not forget that ATF thought up the idea way before anyone discussed it.
In the past few days, Heedicalking brought up a thread about this idea.
