He said a few times he's using some sort of variation of it... I never actually paid attention to the details.

I've closed down add-on uploading on RTB for a bit to integrate the new scanning system. You'll now be told about any errors with your add-ons before you even submit the file which should take a lot of the work off Mod Reviewers. Should be working in a few hours.

This is done now. Already had one idiot just ignore the errors and submit it anyway.
