No, he doesn't. If you didn't make alpha, then you have no special treatment. Anyone ephi thinks deserves it is in alpha.

He never said anything about that.
He only stated that the current alpha testers will get the beta, along with 25 additional slots being opened for anyone to grab.

Since when? I was one of the guys who got in because of inactive people in v3.
I'm pretty sure your'e speaking about the alpha testers.
