I've got a bug in IRC. When I have IRC open, and my server page refreshes, IRC freezes. If I send a message, I still see it, but I don't see incoming messages, PMs, Public, or leave/join messages.

IRC will be removed in the next version. Any IRC bugs will probably not be fixed.

Yes. And just please stop talking about RTB3. Its a piece of stuff compared to RTB4

Just because a new version is coming and in use privately doesn't mean we drop bug support for the latest, public version of it. We still don't know any exact times RTB4 will be ready, so keeping RTB3 working is still a priority.
