No luck with this, I started 100 servers, tabbed out each time - nothing weird happened.

What do you mean by fileshare? I know nothing like it in RTB, unless you mean uploading stuff to RTB's Add-Ons area.

Have you tried playing with the most common Add-Ons, such as JVS or VCE?

He should mention whether or not it has been added or not, its right under friends and messaging which are already ingame
