I remember seeing one too and I tried to look for it, but with no luck.
Edit: The only thing I can find is something that makes Blockland the active window (making it pop-up over all windows, interrupting you)
So yeah, Badspot would have to throw something in.

I'll look into making an engine patch for it.

Would this include fixing the game so you don't have to do -noConsole to see the B icon in taskbar for Blockland for some Windows 7 users?

Just that, while you're messing with the icon, maybe you could fix that. Two birds at one time. Not like you have to.
