RTB 3.3 BETA 3 has just been given out to testers and to make sure we have a quality release, I've opened the beta for 20 people to apply to get some fresh eyes on the release. Upon successfully applying you will have access to the RTB3 Open Beta forum on the RTB Forums where you can report any issues or make usability improvement suggestions.
