That would just slow down the server a lot.

His server, his rules. Go make a drama topic and whine about him there.

Nice try.

This is what he deleted:

Why you hatin' other languages?

--- Quote from: Ephialtes on December 27, 2009, 08:06:09 AM ---In RTB4, there will be a public JSON API for anyone who makes PHP web applications so they can interface with the RTB server and get handy data - it could be that the currency allows them to buy more API calls (since each developer would be limited to x per day) but then that's only useful to a couple of people.

--- End quote ---
How many api calls do you think will be allowed by default?

Ephialtes:

I'll be doing some research to see how many people are hoping to use it and how much I can actually optimise the API. I won't be speculating on numbers now, but I'm sure there will be enough api calls to run a pretty standard web app.

Technoscubed:

I will code something with the API, it'd be fun.

Wynd_Fox:

What on EARTH makes you think it's a good idea to have currency? The lack of it is a fundamental part of Blockland, in my opinion.
