When a new updated is approved, it doesn't notify all people. I think its a bug. Even my own add-ons I've tested with don't automatically update.

Are you sure you have the auto updater enabled in your RTB Options?
Are you sure the update is approved?
Are you sure you have a valid RTB copy (with the rtbInfo.txt file inside it)?

I have tested this on multiple computers and they rarely notify updates.

Hey Ephi why not make RTB themes the first two RTB themes should be
RTB Aero Black & Default White RTB.
