It does look really good, but it does seem a little like a recolor of X*10^23 other websites.
But at least it's not one that's hard to navigate. In this case, it's probably more appropriate to be like the crowd, since it is a site that sees a fair amount of use, than to have a "unique" design that makes people wonder what the hell is going on.

A unique website doesn't have to be extremely flashy. For example, the old RTB website. It looked pretty neat and even fit the theme, and it was pretty easy to navigate if I remember right.
The sit does look good, and I just can't believe you really paid someone to make it.
