Disabling Addons from a Dedi

Hey,
Is there a line of code I could drop into the console window for my dedicated server to disable the "must build on a 64x64 plate" rule?

You open the game, open your addons list, and disable it.

This is what i do.
I Go to open up a regular server, then disable Scipt_TurrainRules in the start menu add-ons folder, start the server.  When it starts, end it and start your dedi.
