Zombies won't die

When i start a mini-game with zombies, they can hurt me but I cant hurt them. What the problem and how can i fix this.

You using the Survivor playertype?

CHEESE:

Self Damage: This must be enabled.

Vidios:

In Rotondo's zombie mod (Gamemode_zombie.zip) you have to have vehicle damage on. Weapon damage is optional, it controls friendly fire.
I have no idea if self damage plays a role though.
