How would I make them via playertype. What are the animation names?

Think next time,
You cant open .Dts files (or at least no one made the importer yet).
And of course he is talking bout a custom model,
Cause you would have to make a custom model to make animations.

i think you can get it on rtb 2

Look at vehicle_horse/server.cs  look for TSShapeConstructor, it's right at the top of the file. Under that are all the animations for the player datablock.

Of course he spoken, if he didn't, he wouldn't have. Way to point out the obvious. And yes, I am working on my first custom zombie right now.
