How to bump my ping up?

Do not post if you don't know how please. No matter what I do, my server is ALWAYS dead! I don't know how to get the ping back! Could anyone help?

I tried the first 'HERE' but I got a list of like 30,000 things. I tried first one no password popped up! any more ideas? :/

Then most likely your router has a custom password set on it.
