Holy stuff, your computer is old, barely even 500 MB of RAM and not even a Gigahertz. Your motherboard is probably too old to even support normal processors. Your RAM must be like 400 MHz or less and your power supply must be at best 300 watts :| Yes, your computer is crap. Budget? As in, how much money can you spend to get a new one.
