I am a newb at ms3d so i dont know how to remove polys while keeping the model looking decent.

Reducing poly's will probably make the model look better in this case. I'm not sure exactly how Milkshape works, but you'll need to re-make the cylinders with different parameters to do that.

It was mounting oddly on the player, and I fixed it.

The drinks look to plain. Make them have words on them like "Blocko cola" Or something along those lines. Also Make the strings a bit bigger.
