Why isnt there a Personal Message button in my profile,anymore?

Can somebody who will give me a good answer say why there isnt a personal message button anymore?

I'm not sure what i wouldve done,i still have PM options,just not pm button,:/

Nvm, i found out that there a buttons at the bottom of the person's' profile that lets me Personal Message them..... Topic Locking(ed)
