This is my first hour+ art project, and I'd like insight from the community. I'm getting a tablet in precisely 9 days, which  I look forward to. But I was stuck with my trackpad for this one. I just traced a picture of me.

Yeah, I took the picture sitting right next to a really bright lamp, so the shading is a bit dramatic.

Ok, here's the original picture. I just took a quick picture with my built in webcam. I do not have red hair, it's just the lighting. I just got out of the shower, which made it easier for me to do the hair because it clumped.

Yeah, I freehanded the eyes so they turned out a bit wonky. I was trying to do some sort of shading, but it just looks like  I have glittery eyelids.
