What if every being disappeared except you and 2 of your friends of choice?
Mr. Snipe:
What if every single piece of life (Animals,Humans, Insects, Etc.) except you and two of your freinds of choice disapeared instantaniously?
RULES:
1) Every appliance/peice of machinery that was on at the moment that everyone disappeared is still on due to the fact that only the living disappeared and thats it.
2) You and your friends only have the skills that you have at the moment. Just because everyone's gone doesn't mean you know how to fly a helicopter. You need to learn these skills in time.
3) Think of it logically. Electricity plants are only going to last a couple of hours or so because they need people to run them. Maybe your dad used to work at one. Get their quickly before you lose your chance.
4) You still need to tend to your daily needs. Eating, drinking, washing, etc. are ESSENTIAL or you'll just die.
5) You can freak out and kill yourself if you cannot handle it.
6) You do not have to post a story, you can post views of the general topic and/or on people's stories.
7) Your freinds have to be friends you really know.
EXTRA INFORMATION:
1) You and your freinds of choice are all told the general facts of the situation by a glowing orb in your dream. You then wake up all in the same room. This room is your bedroom/place where you sleep.
2) Plants, bacteria still exist so disease may still be around of one of your freinds had something or if you can get disease from plants(I do not know about disease from plants, sorry. lol
3) One of your freinds could be a girl to repopulate the human race, have a kid, your enjoyment, etc.
4) Any physical item that was on and person will still be there. Clothes will likely be strewn across the streets. Same goes to bags, cars, etc.
5) Certain foods WILL go off. Canned foods, dried fruit are good diets. Obviously water will stay fine.
6) Will be good to grow crops for food. All plants are still alive so use them wisely.
7) Freinds can include family. Why live without your parents? (Actually.... lol)
8) Freinds can be animal companions.

Could one of the friends be a dog or other animal companion?
If so than I would choose a girl and my dog, Rowdy.
The first thing we'd do is probably collect food and other supplies,then go to a library and search for survival guides and manuals for various thing that would need to be kept running.
I'm pretty sure thngs like electrical plants run for a pretty long time before shutting down, much more then a few hours. Especially water based-kinetic energy plants like those that are built into dams, they can go years.

Well if one of those friends weren't female, then I might as well up and kill myself because there will be no reason to try to continue existence if I'm already close to middle age and there's no chance to have any offspring to try and salvage humanity.
If one of them was a woman, no question that me and my other bud would have to take turns. Or hopefully luckily enough, he lost his balls in some freak accident so we wouldn't fight over here.
If both of them were female, then I'd be the happiest person on the earth and finally get to use the line "So, now that I am the last man on the Earth, are you going to be so petty to me as to deny me some love now?" If they're lesbians, then it'd definitely be rape time. I mean who the hell would arrest me?

Even if they were lesbians, I'm sure they would see the value in attempting to restore the human race.
