Is there anyway to gain exp as a Pickpocket?
I mean I've stolen at least over $1000 and I still only have 10 exp, and the max is 20.

1000 isn't a lot for pickpocketing, and 10 exp is a lot for pickpocketing.

I started with 10 exp as a pickpocket, and when you only get about $10 per pick then $1000 is a lot.
