I support this. Personal spawns work on ALL lots.
I'm still really really pissed that I wasn't aware about this, is any possibilities I could at least get my 2k back?
Also, I noticed you put about assassin's assassinating people.
Assassinations are pretty much needed in the game, some law players want their enemies dead, and don't want to get there hands dirty doing it, so they hire a assassin to be able to kill this guy/torture/etc. Some people may want to be a, I don't know, criminal? And hate this godfather person, obviously, because godfathers are superior to criminals, a criminal may pay someone to kill this godfather person, etc.
Also, assassins probably need a better reason why they assassinate people, take example, Quantum, he was a lawyer, now, when I died grapple a few days back, I dropped about 90-120 dollars. I asked Mistrox to keep it guarded, but Quantum came along took my pay check.
I wanted vengeance, so today I went into his shop, and shot him, and took HIS paycheck.

Many great suggestions and complains, M.
Healing people should be able to get exp easier.
Assassins should get removed due to massive randomly killing. And, Bloxxed...if a dude want another dude dead, he could just ask another dude to kill the other dude. You doesn't need to be an Assassin to kill...
Spawns should only work on Residential lots. Good idea.

Assassins can kill and can't get wanted.
That's why it's better.
