Honestly, rules are rules but with the amount of general rage against him I'm surprised he hasn't been perma'd.

Though his cutesy-talk at Nil to try and act sorry makes me want to take a sledgehammer to his knees.

If you're a cop you jail criminals.

The only time you can get EXP for killing is if you kill a wanted person, or complete a hit.
