Hey guys, im Shard The Owl and Tally reported me after 3-5 kills then I stopped becuase I didnt want to get so excessive and be a nuisance and be reported, but soon as I stop he reports me...

You're not allowed. Once I find out about your alt/spy, I'm getting rid of that, too. I just don't give a damn about it if you're not causing problems, however you inevitably will.

And guys, the pointless killing thing is really only being enforced as a prevention measure. Kind of like ghost killing, I can't really do much about it if it wasn't clearly broken.
So in other words, as long as you make some stuff up to give a purpose to your kill spree, it's not a problem. I just need a reason to kick/ban people who buy a gun and go around killing people for no reason.
