Beach isn't banned.
And you broke build rules on several occasions, refused to fix them unless we stuck up a million build flags and gave you some exceptions, and you openly defied administrative decisions on numerous occasions.  You also argued with everyone who spoke.

I did fix them, And those builds are long gone.
I built a new building, completely fine.
Then this came up...
And you bring up reasons to ban me.
I may be somewhat archanist, But i do not stick to the past.
Neither should you...
If any of those things listed were "recent" I'de probly accept the ban...
But truly, no one gets banned from metropolis forever unless it's something "Personal"

Edit: Beachbum executed himself, HE left the server. Forever i soppose. That was about 2 weeks ago.

You should have been banned before that, and if I'm not mistaken you were banned for a week or so at one point during that time.  For some reason Swat decided to hold off on a permanent ban.

Also, after some event (which I cannot recall) occurred with one of your builds, you decided to do your normal butthurt critique of builds.  I remember you specifically saying my build looked too similar to one of Diggy's, even though the only similarity they shared was in the size of their lot.  And the constant arguing is not something we need to deal with on that server.  After you left, the worst argument was about someone being killed by someone else, not about how much so-and-so hated your guts and whatnot.  Your arrogance and your irate and abrasive attitude caused these problems.

Not only did you piss off other players and bother admins, but you also annoyed Diggy which validated your ban.  Bans don't always have to be because you broke rules; if you are causing trouble it is just as valid of a reason to ban.

And Beach was on the server about a week ago.  He doesn't play Blockland as much, is all.

Beach his 10,000$. He killed me, grabbed it, and later afterwards he asked for it again...
This is the time we fought, and once again I was banned.

Im not saying all I did was the right thing to do, Nor was any of anyone else's decisions right.
Im just saying i've surpassed the stage of arrogance to a point were I can agree on something...
And the only thing I can agree with right now, is that my past was grimy, And terrible.
But I dont want to stress my self of the past, But instead look towards the future for a brighter day to come.
Please allow me another chance!

It was a stupid situation, because Beach didn't have the money when we checked his account, and you were being stubborn about it.  No one saw what happened, so there wasn't anything we would have done about it anyway.

There was recently someone selling a house for 15k, and they would wait for someone to turn up with the money and proceed to kill them.  It doesn't break any rules; they weren't being scammed via events, so it was fair.  What happened to you is essentially the same situation.

You are right about the against the rule thing, But if there isn't a rule that you can kill ppl with money without actually giving them anything, Then why is there a rule in which you have to pay that person or you get banned...

I never heard about that rule. If you killed a person then don't give them back the money, It should not be bannable. Its part of Rp, Right?

Beach bought Casino, Beach traded for 10k and a lot.
I lost lot, Beach lost Casino, Beach also lost that 10k.
Beach want's his money back, he destroys casino again and takes lot.
I still dont have lot, I ask him for lot, he gets mad.
Diggy repoes my Build. Beach gets mad, Beach asks for his money,
When I wanted that lot...
Later im banned for awhile, then i come back, im muted, he kills me for the money I was specifcly bringing for him.
And then he picks is up, claims I never gave his money back, then argues.
Nili then bans me, and frequently changes the ban reason to taunt me.

I was referring to the ban with the whole forest lot fiasco where your build sucked and you hate to admit it.

Do you want to throw low comments at each other?  Because I can do that, you'd be surprised how easily one can stoop to a level of immaturity such as your own.  And what would you like that ban reason to be?  "You're a moron"?  "Stop being a friend"?  Perhaps even a good old "Get the forget out"? 

Congratulations, you've successfully proven yourself wrong about being a new person and completely obliterated any chance of you gaining entry back into Diggy's server.
