Ownership is saved through the brick on the bottom.

Um, Blockland does that by default. And since when does RTB come with a save function?

It has happened before to a lot of people. Just be ready for it by naming your lot beforehand and sell it to yourself on Real Estate.

Or you can just ask for an admin to tie it down to the city roads so you can replace the lot. I have seen Backhood do that with Beachy before.
