Sounds like stuck vehicle lag. Have you tried clearing vehicles when that happens?

I doubt this is true, your just wanting sympathy for your lost lot so you tried jumping off a building, which was small, and you didn't broke your ankle.

We try everything from clearing ghostbricks to canceling events, none of it ever helps.

Such bans were cleared even before the new server started.
