Another Suggestion: A item for like the Bounty Hunters, Assassins, mercenaries and vigilantes, they get like a item I dunno, a paper clip? And it has a random chance of about 30-50% of lockpicking a door open.
You get demerits for "Attempted Lockpicking"(which is about 30-75 demerits) if someone see's you witnessing the crime, if you get in and someone see's you witnessing the crime you get about 60-80 demerits?

Your choice really, it was just a suggestion.

I'd say that's a feasible modification to the lockpick, and only batons could open doors on the first try. No need for a new item.

Yeah I made the jump force a bit less than the player's for the bike, but still more than it previously was.

There seems to be a glitch where fires do not go out. There is a console command Super Admins can do that rectifies it but I can not recall it. Does anyone know what it is?

It's pref change that Diggy knows and I know, and I'm pretty sure Truce knows as well, and Swat is on vacation anyway.  So most admins that can use it know it.

I accidentally committed a Crime and said "Let me Pay" and "Im gonna pay".
So then Qazimoka Exits his Building on his Bike and starts firing his Baton.
I was on my Grapple going to the Police station to pay and I crash to him.
He jails me in a second (Chance of Rapidfire) and sends me to jail ruining my
Perfect clean record. This is extremely unfair because I mentioned I was going to
pay, and its illegal to Jail someone thats going to pay/camping in PD.

If you cant Ban him then Clear my record and give me
the 400$ I lost.

Not quite sure if this is allowed or not but I consider it trust abuse. Moppy's artificial forest is usually open to the public. Almost 100% of the time. But today Juicee blocked it off to keep it to himself and cut trees for a good 2 hours just because he has build trust with Moppy. I don't know if it's considered abuse by anyone else's standards but if a building that's used quite frequently is just suddenly blocked off because someone doesen't feel like sharing that's NOT the lot owner I consider it abuse.
