So yeah what happened to the server now? I was in a horrible bad mood, so I wanted to play in this server, because last time i jailed someone, and was about to bank my stuff, and all the sudden it crashed on me, screwing up my computer, so i came back into BL, than all the sudden, the server could not respond, but right now the servers not up, so i figured that the server crashed.

I believe that there needs to be more experience to apply for the position of a police officer, and being a student officer could help gain that experience. The student officers would receive little payment, and would not get paid for arresting criminals. This would lower the demand for Police positions, and also allow a more fluent system in Economics, seeing to that a majority of the money that flows through Metropolis is obtained through jailing others.

The current system basically creates a more intense and more crime filled city than it should be. This is highly ironic, seeing to that the police should be lowering the crime rate instead of promoting it.

Of course, in some ways, this is highly impractical. However, it is understandable. It's come straight from the mouths of the players. This is my second attempt in making Metropolis a more content place, so more decent people would move in than those already settled down... (Of course, most people who aren't decent leave the city in a heartbeat, or have their reasons)

I understand you have already been laying off city police by not giving vigilantes (players with temporary batons) a profit upon jailing other players, this leaves the players with the normal police baton.

To my understanding, this would be pretty easy to do, because all you would have to do is add a new job, and raise the experience necessary for becoming a Police Officer.

So the Student Police officers would receive a temporary baton
and
The Police Officers would receive an actual baton, and would need a certain amount of experience to apply for.

Please consider this, I don't necessarily expect it to be accepted totally, but it can be used as a stepping stone for further city improvement overall.

Thank you, and good luck. I expect it to go a long way <3
