Forwarding ports on VERIZON?

somebody has to have had forward a verizon router's ports!

Wait! I think i can help, because late last year i had the same problem with my verizon router Westell 7500 and had to go through a bunch of stuff on port Forwarding.com. So to save you a bit of trouble, here is a pic on how i got my router Forwarding to blockland.
