Ai Cookie Monster, Water B, and Shoop Da Woop laser

Ai CookieMonster would shoot cookiegrenades that stick to you and blow up.
Water B would go in any Direction you put the emmiter to.
And how about a good old shoop da woop laser shoots out of mouth big laser does 50 damage 5 second delay.
Ehh had to fix that.
