I'm not going to read 10 pages.
Instead, I'll post my sum of it based on the OP, and the first page.

1. He didn't break any forum rules, as he said this in-game. This point alone means that he will not get banned in any form.
2. I found his introduction very creative. Certainly better than most/all videos about Blockland, and even better than some real life movies. Though I'm not sure how the actual movie will come along.
3. If you don't miss him at all, why do you even care if he died or not? Are you just trying to be an ass and get as many people hated as you can?
