Safehouse weapon?

I was looking through my add-ons in the wrench Gui, and I saw one called Safehouse. I clicked it, then send, and nothing happened, it was blank. Also, when I went back into the Gui, the weapon spawn box was blank. Any idea what this might be?

Might be corrupt?

It's something that makes you win the game when all survivors are standing on it.
Not sure how that works though :|
