Safehouse weapon?

It's not a bug, it's meant to be spawned on a brick not on the player. Said brick will then become a safehouse trigger.

All four/remaining survivors in safehouse and door locked = round win = next round.

I think he means you use to wrench to set that as the item and it becomes a safehouse trigger.
If all the survivors are on it they win and the minigame resets, I'm guessing.
