Fix the lock on projectile event!?!?

If possible I would love to have locked projectiles associated with a team.
As an example, someone could make a sentries system for a TF2 DM without people being able to make it shoot less by bunny hopping.

um that would also help out a ton lol... but heres another good one, if the player gets into a certain vehicle like a plane... it will shoot at it from the ground.... would be fun to dodge 88mm rockets from the ground.

Chrono's fixing them, you don't really need to bump.
