Fix the lock on projectile event!?!?

Why dont you just shut up and say wether or not you want it.... its an event... not to be used for lazyness, there is also other uses for this event as well besides being lazy...
Here is some very usefull advice... if you dont like it, tuff stuff, and get over it.
