Fold-out scooter Item. Not vehicle.

Beforehand, let me get this straight: This is not a vehicle. It is an item, much like the hang glider, that uses gravity to go forward. Think skis, edited. I have no clue as how to do this, but if somebody does, that would be epic! I felt I really needed another land-based vehi-item. I got this idea while riding my Razor (??) Scooter, and folded it up today. Also, just asking, but would it be possible to make it motorized? I'm guessing no, because it has to be an item.

The hang glider and skis, although come in item form, are still vehicles.
They mount you to a vehicle, thus being a vehicle.
But we get what you mean by item.
Would be awesome if someone could make this like an actual scooter. Pushing your foot back to make it go forward guadually instead of instantly zooming into max speed while your character stands on it, zooming past race cars.
