Do 28000-28032.

Anyway, did you follow the portforward.com guide for your router exactally? Also try forwarding 28000-28032 rather than 28000-28000

Even though you're correct, you're stupid, because he's still safe even if it was his external IP

Hell my desktop's IP is 192.168.1.5 and my laptop's is 192.168.1.4.

Anyways, I too have FiOs (and loving it), and I figured out how to port forward on it.
The default router login should be the username of 'admin' and the password should be 'password1'. Every time you type a letter in it it adds like two more letters to defer browser's ability to remember the password.

Step 0: Go to your Port Forwarding page. Log in to your router at 192.168.1.1, click Firewall Settings, and click Port Forwarding on the left side.
Step 1.
Step 2.
Step 3.
Step 4.
Step 5.
Step 6.

Thanks I did exactly what you did now to test it and hope it works correctly.

It should work, it works for me.

If you port forward to 28000-28064, will you be able to set the max players to 64?  Or is there a console code...?
