All your AP and skills stay the same after you rebirth. The only thing that changes is your level, but thats a good thing because it is easier to gain AP at lower levels. Plus, at that age, there's no age related titles that you don't have, and you have ceased to get any AP from getting older.

Have you gotten 'the old' title yet? If it comes at age 50, wait until you're 50 since you're so close. If it comes at a later age or you already have it, then yes rebirth.

Rebirth or its useless to stay old now, I remember someone said they didn't want to lose their level so they never rebirth, and I told him why its good to rebirth.
