How do I fix the "too many events"?

Why do you keep saying this?
Just change it in the advanced config before you start your server.
Also, with RTB, if you already have a quota object (eg, you already spawned a vehicle) then you wont be able to set your quota higher till you delete every light/emitter/item/projectile/vehicle/event loop.
