Shutting down a dedicated server...?

So, how do I shut it down now? Re-open the dedicated server window?

It's already shut down.
Closing the dedicated server box closes the dedicated server.

So how is it still on the server list?

Either the master server hasn't updated or it's dead, which means it's not running.
Chrono:
Because it takes awhile for servers to come off the list, unless you close it properly.
Clicking the X isn't closing it properly. It doesn't save prefs and doesn't tell the master server it closed.
Use quit(); next time.
