Step 1. This link: http://www.smileygenerator.us/tools/animation_tools/gifresize/lite/index.php
Step 2. Hit "manual resize"
Step 3. Put 75 in the H and W boxes.
Step 4. Hit "enter" or whatever it is.
Step 5. Save the fixed version and use that as your avatar.
