Help!!! i cant make zombies, AIs, or vehicals!

Please help me guys! i cant make zombies,AIs,or vehicals. if you know whats wrong with my blockland please tell me how to fix it to where i can make Zombies,AIs,and vehicals.
This has been a short post but really tell me how to fix this problem if you know

There is nothing wrong with your Blockland.
You shouldn't bother with making add-ons right now...

Do you mean SPAWNING Zombies, AIs, and vehicles?

He thinks that if he is unable to make add ons his Blockland is messed up.
