Those weird, floating, colored shapes that often show up can usually be cleared by typing flushtexturecache(); into the console.

Console may be too pro for most new players.  But then again, how would they know about RTB?

If there isn't one on how to open the console, there should be. Can it detect what key the console is set to? Other keyboards have weird keys instead of ~ I'm sure, and I don't see a keybind, so there has to be a way to figure it out.

When I joined, I spent a few days trying to change my name through the LAN thing until I figured out where you are supposed to do it.
