Blockland key deactivated

ok i know i made a topic before but I'm making sure all the qoutes and anything i want in the first post is here so here it goes
my key was deactivated for using it on more then one ISP
i would like a refund or a new key (if i get a refund i will most likely just buy it)

i know that docent sound like a promise but how else can i promise over the internet
i have sent him 2 PMs asking about it and he has not replayed
