Floppy drive? This is the twenty-freaking-first century. Floppies have been obsolete long enough that I never had the misfortune of using one for something important. Also, you really aught to consider the fact that he may be very, very, very farsighted, and the big display is a necessity.
But seriously, that power supply won't power that build for more than twenty seconds.
